Additional fees may be required for rush orders, but not always.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Big Rock Bridal loves celebrating brides and giving you a gift rather than simply shipping an order. All our pieces will arrive in a keepsake gift box that is hand tied with a black ribbon. Inside the gift box is neatly wrapped with white tissue paper and soft white tissue shred for protection during travel. Big Rock Bridal pieces are intended to be keepsakes, and to live on as heirlooms to be passed down through generations to come.
Shipping
Big Rock Bridal garter orders ship in about 3-5 business days and our wedding veils ship in about 1-2 weeks. We ship via USPS or FedEx, depending on the piece and tracking information will be provided via email.
